Clause 1 — Introduction

This Terms and Conditions document constitutes a legally binding agreement between the user ("you") and lptbet ("platform", "we"). lptbet is an online gambling platform that provides a range of services including online slots, live casino, sports betting, boxing betting and arcade games to eligible users.

This platform operates under a valid international licence. All services offered are subject to the terms and conditions stated here, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which forms part of this agreement.

These terms are written in Malay as the primary language. Should there be any conflict between different language versions, the Malay version will take precedence.

Clause 2 — User Eligibility

To register and use lptbet services, you must meet the following requirements:

• Aged 21 years and above on the date of registration;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
• Not registered or previously registered under any self-exclusion programme covering online gambling platforms;
• Not using this platform on behalf of a third party or any other business entity;
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdiction where you reside.

This platform is not directed at, and should not be used by, individuals in jurisdictions where online gambling is entirely prohibited by local law. It is the user's responsibility to ensure their participation is lawful under the laws applicable to them.

Clause 3 — Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one account registered at lptbet. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the termination of all such accounts along with forfeiture of the balances held within them.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information including your full name, identification card number (MyKad or passport), an active email address and a valid mobile phone number. False or incomplete information may result in your account being suspended during the verification process.

You are fully responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Please ensure the password used is strong and not shared with any other party. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately.

Clause 4 — Deposits and Payments

lptbet accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC and ETH).

The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is RM10. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), except for cryptocurrency transactions which will be converted at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction.

Funds deposited into an lptbet account are for gambling purposes within the platform only. lptbet does not charge processing fees for deposits, however third-party payment providers may impose their own charges which are beyond our control.

lptbet reserves the right to reject or delay deposits suspected of involving fraudulent activity, money laundering, or funds from illegitimate sources. All transactions are monitored by our internal security system to ensure the safety of all users.

Clause 5 — Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours after the request is approved, subject to required checks.

Withdrawals may only be made to an account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the lptbet account holder. Transferring funds to third parties is strictly prohibited.

• Withdrawals will be placed on hold if bonus wagering requirements have not been met;

Clause 6 — Bonuses and Promotions

lptbet offers a welcome bonus of 100% on the first deposit up to RM300. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount received before any withdrawal from that bonus can be made.

Applicable calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Account balance RM200 → Wagering requirement: RM100 × 15 = RM1,500
• Deposit RM800 → Bonus RM300 → Account balance RM1,100 → Wagering requirement: RM300 × 15 = RM4,500

General bonus terms applicable to all lptbet promotions:

• A bonus may only be activated once per eligible user;
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged directly for cash;
• lptbet reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the bonus system will result in account termination and forfeiture of the relevant bonus and winnings.

Clause 7 — Game Rules

All games offered at lptbet — including online slots, live casino, sports betting, boxing betting and arcade games — have their own rules that apply to each respective game. Users are encouraged to read the rules of each game before playing.

lptbet uses a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) for all slot and digital table games to ensure fairness and randomness of game outcomes. Live casino outcomes are determined by dealers or physical equipment at regulated studio locations.

Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the system cannot be cancelled. lptbet is not responsible for betting errors made by users. In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, lptbet will make a decision based on system records and that decision is final.

Clause 8 — Prohibited User Conduct

lptbet users are prohibited from doing the following:

• Opening more than one account under the same or different identities;
• Transferring funds between different user accounts;
• Using another person's credit card or payment account without valid authorisation;

• Attempting to hack, infiltrate or disrupt lptbet's technical systems.

Clause 9 — Account Closure and Termination

Users may request to close their account at any time by contacting the lptbet customer support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances may be withdrawn subject to the applicable withdrawal conditions.

lptbet reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Identity verification fails or submitted documents are found to be false;

In cases of termination due to fraud or serious breach, all monetary balances in the account may be forfeited and will not be returned to the user in question.
